  I've been a customer with Pacific Premier Bank for the past year, but prior to them purchasing Heritage Oaks I've been a customer at this location since 1994. The bank has been bought several times by bigger banks and now it is Pacific Premier, but the key people have always remained. Jennifer, the branch manager, has always gone out of her way to help me with all my banking needs. As a small business owner I appreciate their high level of customer service. I recently had some trouble with my ATM card and Jennifer fixed the problem and dropped the card off by my office on her own time. This level of customer service is why I choose to bank with a local bank and even with their recent buy out by Pacific Premier the high level of customer service continues. Thanks Jennifer.
